Questions
Does my client need to download an app?
No. Your client receives your messages as a regular text message (SMS), already translated into their language, and simply replies to it. You see the reply in Doramo in your language.
How does the translation work?
You write in your language and Doramo translates the message automatically before it goes out. When the client answers, the reply is translated back to you. You can always see the original text.
How does the AI estimate work?
You enter the property's address and size. Doramo looks at what cleaning services cost in that region and suggests prices for each type of cleaning. You can edit everything before sending it.
